What this means for businesses
When you post an offer and connect with an athlete, you are entering into a direct relationship with that athlete. LocalNIL is not involved in your deal, does not set the terms, does not hold any money, and is not liable for the outcome. You and the athlete handle everything between yourselves.
What this means for athletes
LocalNIL is not your agent. We do not represent you, negotiate on your behalf, or take a cut of your earnings. Any deal you make through the platform is your own deal, subject to your own judgment, your school's NIL policies, and applicable law.
